The Imperial New Delhi

Great atmosphere and location

All ancillary items including bar and restaurants were exorbitantly priced

Elegant and refined. Excellent for business traveler or those seeking comfort and quiet. Staff are kind and attentive. We stayed last year and staff remembered us. Internet is now included with the room. Great breakfast buffet. Lovely pool and gardens.

Clean & Excellent staff

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were lovely. Beautiful hotel.

Shower was good but could use an upgrade in comparison to other hotels of this caliber.

Everything was perfect!Staff were amazing and room was spectacular. Food in Italian restaurant was the best and breakfast faultless.

AMAZING hotel that is like a museum or palace. the room, the lobby, corridors, restaurants, everything is wow! it really turned into a key highlight of my stay in India. good location, near to a local market and shops. Breakfast was excellent. The indian food at 1911 restaurant was the tastiest ever I tried.

NOTHING. I regret it was a short stay (one night).

We were greeted and made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff helped with all our requests. They went out of their way. The room was spacious. The hotel is beautiful and breakfast was excellent.

Everthing. The staff are efficient and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great and the Spa is excellent.

The breakfast buffet is the best of any five star hotel in Delhi . The salmon and the baked goods are outstanding!! The service is impeccable . Bharat, Aman , Sunita, Anup, Anushree and Prashant give attention to every detail to make dining there an experience to remember!

No complaints - extremely satisfied .

Location, setting,swimming pool

Bath room appliances are outdated or not top. Rain shower head could use a proper clean, the rubber nozzles are designed to remove sediment when handled physically. Allowing for a proper directional, soft stream. The mirror lighting is poor and fogs up. That could replaced. The desk drawer doesn't close after adding the power brick to it. The drawer remained partly opens.how to sit? If a charger is plugged in, the drawer remains open an is a risk to snap it off.

Everything, the hotel and ALL the staff are polite, attentive, the service was simply superb. The Management team should be congratulated for running an absolutely amazing hotel. It was simply the best hotel we stayed in, in India, the breakfast was amazing, the attention to detail in the rooms was amazing and the pool staff couldn’t do enough for you. We ate in the Italian restaurant twice and the food was just superb. We arrived very tired at 5-45am on our first day, the staff told us to sit down and they would come over to us and arrange check-in. They provided us with changing facilities and then we had breakfast before going out for our morning tour of old Delhi. Nothing was to much trouble for any member of staff. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our last few days in India so memorable.

Nothing, our whole stay was absolutely fabulous.

I was very satisfied with the facilities, staffs and foods in the restaurant

Magnificent, historical property with beautiful facilities. A sea of tranquility in the middle of Delhi.

Don't book here

The staff wants you to give them money all the time, they walk beside you in the hallways , they stand in the room after delivering the food or something and keep staring and standing till you give them something to go away! It was very annoying! Not like other hotels where staff are prohibited to take anything from the guests and tips are collected in a box. They were very rigid and we wanted to throw a party to one of our friends and they didn't even try to understand or help us they just want to take 5k usd for ballroom booking and we were only two of us celebrating! Also the food at the 1911 is not tasty! The spice route staff is rude and they didn't listen to our food request! Lastly, the value for the money was not worth it! Just book at leela and enjoy!

This is a beautiful heritage hotel where they have taken time to curate a magnificent recognition of 500 years of Indian history. The 5000 plus works of art tell the story of this complex and complicated country.

Colonial classy hotelFantastic staff Great decoration and location Wonderful breakfast Recommend the Italian restaurant and the lobster pasta !

I loved the comfort and spaciousness of the bedroom, the beautiful pool area, and the perfect pool temperature. The paintings on the walls and the fresh flowers added such charm and elegance. The staff were extremely helpful, and the breakfasts were divine and plentiful — a wonderful stay overall!

Everything lovely

Old glamour is still intact in the lobby and inside the room. The room was spacious and high quality linen was provided.

Nothing comes to mind.

Everything. It is a beautiful hotel with great staff. We felt very safe, welcome and they have great restaurants and services. We had a guided tour of the city by another company, but in hindsight we should probably have used the hotels services for this. We highly recommend using the hotels transfer services, we used it to go to the airport and Ankur who meet us at the airport was so nice and provided amazing service.

Everything.

The restaurants are expensive, but the prices are listed on the menu, so there are no surprises.
